Temperature precautions of glass lined reactor kettle in use

The temperature control of glass lined reactor is very important for prolonging the service life of glass lined equipment. Below, the author introduces the temperature precautions of glass lined reactor in the process of use:

Glass lined reaction kettle and other glass lined equipment are enamel fired at 900 ° C or even higher temperature by electric furnace. After cooling, the glass lining and steel billet of reaction tank are closely bonded together. Although we use mature enamel technology to make Huateng North enamel products become the products with closer combination of steel billet and enamel in the same industry, due to the nature of enamel and steel plate, the expansion coefficient and elongation of enamel are smaller than that of steel plate, and the deformation of enamel layer after cooling is less than that of steel plate, and the enamel is constrained by steel plate to produce compressive stress. Therefore, after all the enamel reaction tanks are made, the glass enamel has the pre compression stress, while the steel plate has the pre tensile stress. Because the prestress is related to the coefficient of linear expansion and elongation, and the coefficient of linear expansion and elongation are closely related to the external temperature, if the temperature changes too much, the stress produced by enamel will exceed its service stress, which will lead to the phenomenon of porcelain enamel explosion.

Therefore, the working temperature of the glass lined reaction tank has a great influence on the enamel tank in the process of use. In addition to not exceeding the rated service temperature of the reaction tank, attention should be paid to the prevention and control of the cold and hot impact of materials on the equipment. The change of the temperature of the reaction medium should have a process. Generally speaking, the temperature limit of the glass lined reaction tank is 200 ° C, the temperature shock resistance is less than 110 ° C, and the thermal shock is less than 110 ° C The impact is less than 120 ° C. Therefore, the rising and cooling of enamel kettle should be slow, uniform and graded cooling. So as to avoid the phenomenon of porcelain explosion caused by the condensation of cold and heat.
