1. Thickness of glass lining layer of glass lined reactor equipment:

 

The thickness of glass lining layer is 0.8m ~ 2.0mm. For glass lined equipment with nominal volume greater than or equal to 10000l, the upper limit of thickness can be allowed to be 2.2mm; for glass lined equipment with nominal volume greater than or equal to 20000l, the upper limit of thickness can be allowed to be 2.4mm. It should be noted that the glass lining layer thickness of the finished mechanical seal section of the glass lined agitator can be up to 0.6 mm. The thickness of the glass lined layer should be as uniform as possible, the glass lining layer on convex surface should be thinner, and the thickness area of glass lining layer of glass lined reaction kettle equipment should be smooth transition.

 

2. Resistance of glass lined reactor equipment to temperature change

 

The temperature change resistance of glass lined equipment refers to the performance of glass lining surface or metal substrate on its opposite side to withstand sudden temperature change. The resistance temperature of glass lined equipment is 110 ° C in cold and 120 ° C in heat.

 

3. DC high voltage resistance of glass lined layer of glass lined reactor equipment:

 

The effective working face of glass lined layer (except for the repair point of conductive materials such as tantalum nail) shall be tested for high voltage performance according to the following requirements, and the failure to reach the point is qualified: ① the glass lined equipment used for strong corrosive medium shall pass the 20kV DC high voltage test; ② the equipment used for weak corrosive medium shall pass the 5kV DC high voltage test; ③ the high resistance of the enamel layer of the glass lined equipment The voltage performance was tested according to GB / t7993.
