Some common inspection and maintenance knowledge for your reference:

 

1. In order to avoid the damage of sealing elements, the glass lined reactor with mechanical seal should have water cooler and water cooling when the working temperature exceeds 70 ° C. Glass lined reaction kettle with packing seal should also have water cooler and water cooling when the working temperature exceeds 100 ° C.

 

2. The operator should often check whether the reducer of the special reactor has oil leakage, whether the shaft seal is in good condition, whether the oil pump is oiled, whether the oil level and oil quality change in the reducer box, whether there is oil shortage in the mechanical seal oil box of the kettle, and add or update the corresponding oil when necessary.

 

3. Operators should often listen to whether the sound of reducer and motor is normal, and touch the start-up temperature of reducer, motor, base bearing and other parts: general temperature ≤ 40 ° C, maximum temperature ≤ 60 ° C (it is normal if the back of hand can stay on it for more than 8 seconds).

 

4. It is necessary to regularly check the supporting equipment of glass lined reaction kettle, such as: whether the safety devices such as safety valve, explosion-proof membrane, pressure gauge and thermometer are accurate, sensitive and easy to use, whether the safety valve and pressure gauge have been calibrated, and whether the lead seal is intact, whether the red line of the pressure gauge is correctly drawn, and whether the explosion-proof membrane leaks inside;

 

5. During the operation, the operator should often listen to whether there is abnormal vibration and noise in the glass lined reactor; if there is abnormal sound response, stop the machine in time to avoid causing more losses.

 

6. Check whether all inlet and outlet valves of the reactor are in good condition. If there is any problem, it must be handled in time; check whether the flange and engine base of the reactor are loose, and whether the safety shield is in good condition and reliable; check whether the reactor body has cracks, deformation, bulge, perforation, corrosion, leakage and other phenomena; whether the insulation and paint are complete, whether there is falling off or burning;

 

7. Keep the mixing shaft clean and see light. For the shaft connected with round nut, check whether the rotation direction of the mixing shaft is clockwise, and it is strictly prohibited to reverse; regularly enter the glass lined reactor to check the mixing, snake tube and other accessories in the pot, and tighten the loose bolts, and replace the relevant parts when necessary;
