Generally speaking, the stress problem of glass lining equipment blank such as glass lining reactor is a very important processing technology problem in glass lining production. The welding stress can be divided into thermal stress, restraint stress, phase transformation stress and hydrogen induced concentrated stress.

 

The existence of stress has a negative effect on the enameling process of glass lined equipment such as glass lined reactor, which mainly shows in that the products are easy to deform, and the glass layer of the equipment is cracked and cracked. Therefore, the fundamental way to solve these problems is to eliminate these stresses. After mechanical processing, welding and cold and hot pressure processing of the blank for a long time, that is, the pre firing process in the process of enameling. This process is the main method to relieve the stress of glass lined steel billet, and eliminate the oil stains and foreign matters on the surface of the billet. As we all know, when the glass lined equipment blank is heated to a certain temperature, the atoms on the interface between the microcrystals in the steel will obtain a certain activity, so that the distortion state of the microcrystals caused by deformation can be corrected, and its arrangement direction can be changed, thus the deformation stress can be eliminated.

 

In addition, the stress produced in the production process can be reduced or eliminated by exposing the blank of glass lining equipment to the atmosphere for a long time, even when the surface is seriously oxidized.
