1. Before the installation of glass lined reactor equipment, the installation personnel must check whether all parts and equipment accessories are complete and in good condition. If there are defects, they should be replaced in time.

2. During the installation of glass lined reaction kettle, it is strictly forbidden to directly contact and collide the enamel surface with crowbar and hand hammer, so as to avoid damage to the enamel lining.

3. During the hoisting process, the equipment can only use the support and lifting ring designed by the equipment to bear force, and the weak parts such as nozzle, clamp and nozzle of the equipment are not allowed to be stressed.

4. The flange and connecting pipe parts of the equipment shall be tightened symmetrically and evenly gradually. The installation principle of chemical vessel shall be followed to avoid damage of enamel surface due to excessive local stress. If it is found that the gasket loses elasticity during disassembly, it shall be replaced in time.

5. If the metal components are to be set on the glass enamel reaction kettle, welding is only allowed on the outer surface of non enamel parts such as jacket. The welding speed should be fast, and corresponding cooling measures should be taken. If welding is carried out near the pipe orifice, inlet and flange, all pipe orifices should be covered tightly to prevent the enamel surface from being damaged by welding slag splashing.

6. The clamp of the equipment is the main pressure component. In addition to the uniform stress, the quality and quantity of the clamp should be guaranteed strictly according to the design requirements and regulations. It is not allowed to install with residual or reduce the amount.

7. The mirror glass installed on the glass lined reactor is a brittle material. In addition to ensuring uniform fastening, the pressing force should not be too large.

8. During the installation of agitator of glass enamel reaction kettle, attention should be paid to the assembly of anti loose parts such as lock pin or lock nut, and check whether the rotation direction of the agitator is clockwise, so as to avoid reverse rotation absolutely, so as to avoid damaging the lining due to the reversal and falling off of the agitator during operation.

9. Before installation, operators should wear clean rubber shoes to enter the glass lined reactor to check whether the glass lining is in good condition, and clean the inner enamel surface of glass lined equipment with water.

10. After the installation of the equipment, all kinds of components and glass lined reaction kettle should be carefully checked, and no-load test run can be carried out after confirming that there is no error.
