Guidance for safe operation of glass enamel reactor

Technical guidance for preparation work before start-up of glass lined reactor: 1. Operators need to prepare necessary start-up tools, such as spanners and pipe tongs, before the operation of glass lined reactor; 2. After confirming that the transmission part is in good condition, the glass lined agitator can be stirred by hand or tested by inching mode. Observe whether the glass lining agitator of the reactor rotates clockwise, and it must be confirmed that the whole mixing system is normal; 3. Ensure that there is no lack of oil in the reducer, base bearing and sealing oil box of reactor; 4. Nitrogen can be used Test the leakage of the equipment, check whether the inlet and outlet valves on the glass lined reactor have internal leakage, confirm whether there are leakage points at the relevant dynamic and static sealing points, and use the direct vent valve to release the pressure to see whether the pressure can be released quickly.

Operation technical guidance of glass lined reactor during start-up and operation: 1. Pressure and temperature rise and fall in glass lined reactor tank and reactor jacket must be carried out slowly, and sudden cooling and heating must be strictly prevented. If temperature difference is large (greater than 50 ° C), circulating water can be circulated in jacket first, and then low-temperature water can be supplied. 2. In the process of reaction and distillation of glass lined reactor, it is strictly forbidden to flush the head with water, especially the sight glass will burst in case of cold water. 3. When the glass lined reaction kettle has abnormal vibration and abnormal sound in the tank, the mixing shall be shut down immediately for inspection. 4. Strictly implement the shift management system, include the operation and integrity of the equipment in the shift handover, make a good record of the operation and handover of glass lined equipment, and put an end to the abnormal situation and equipment accidents caused by unclear shift handover.

Technical guidance for feeding operation of enamel reactor: 1. Operators should add (feed) materials into the enamel reactor in strict accordance with the material ratio specified in the process, and evenly control the feeding and heating speed, so as to prevent severe reaction in the enamel reactor caused by wrong proportioning or too fast feeding (feeding), resulting in abnormal conditions such as over temperature, overpressure and overload, which may lead to equipment safety accidents. 2. If corrosive materials such as strong acid, strong alkali or oxidant drop on the surface of the equipment during feeding, they shall be wiped off immediately. 3. When feeding, metal or hard materials should be strictly avoided from falling into the enamel reaction tank. Plastic pipes should be used to extend into the tank. Mixing is strictly prohibited when adding and extracting materials, so as to avoid accidents. 4. Try to avoid heating material for cold enamel equipment or adding cold material for hot enamel equipment. The heating and cooling of the equipment should conform to the operating temperature range. 5. When installing clips and enamel parts, the screws and clips should be tightened in pairs along the diagonal line gradually, and the force should be even, and it should not be tightened at one time, so as to avoid damage to the porcelain surface due to local strain.

When the enamel reactor is stopped and discharged, the operation technical guidance: 1. When discharging, if the bottom of the enamel reactor is blocked, do not use metal tools, only use plastic, tetrafluoroethylene or wooden tools to dredge it gently. If enamel debris is found, the cause should be checked immediately. 2. Stop mixing after the reactor materials are treated according to the process operation procedures, and check, clean or purge the relevant pipelines and equipment.
