2. Glass lined equipment such as pressurized glass lined reactor shall obtain and issue national pressure vessel use license

3. There is no noise in the mechanical transmission, there is no collision between the agitator and the heating coil in the equipment, and the internal parts of the pressing pipe should be free from collision, and there should be no abnormal vibration;

4. The reducer temperature shall be normal, the bearing temperature shall meet the requirements, the lubrication shall be good, the oil quality shall meet the requirements, and the oil level shall be normal;

5. The main shaft seal and reducer, pipelines, pipe fittings, valves, manhole (hand) hole, flange, etc. are free of leakage. The internal parts are not damaged and the quality meets the requirements

The material selection of the main parts such as the kettle body, shaft seal, agitator, inner and outer serpentine pipes, etc. of the glass lined reaction kettle shall meet the requirements of the drawings; the wear and corrosion limits of the main parts shall meet the requirements of the maintenance regulations with the installation coordination of the main parts;

7. The inner lining of the glass lined reactor is not leaking and bulging, and the inner snake tube device is tight and reliable. The main body of enamel equipment is clean and tidy, and the spare parts and accessories are complete and easy to use;

8. The main body and accessories of the glass lined equipment are clean, the foundation is solid, and the insulation paint is complete and beautiful;

9. Pressure reducing valve, safety valve, steam trap, control valve, automatic control instrument, ventilation, explosion-proof, safety protection and other facilities are complete, sensitive and easy to use, and should be regularly checked and calibrated;

10. The installation of pipe fittings, pipelines, valves and supports shall be reasonable, horizontal and vertical, and the painting color shall be obvious; all bolts shall be fully buckled, neat and tight.
