Precautions for operation and use of glass lined reactor:

Only when users pay more attention to the daily operation and use of glass lined reaction kettle and understand and master the precautions for correct operation and use of glass lined reaction kettle, the service life of the equipment can be extended to the greatest extent. The author introduces the main precautions for the majority of users for reference:

 

1. It is forbidden to knock the glass lined surface or the shell of the reaction kettle whether it is in use or when it is stopped for operation. Hard objects shall not fall into the reactor to damage the glass lined surface during operation and use.

 

2. During the use of glass lined reaction kettle, it is strictly forbidden to change the temperature suddenly, so as to avoid the large temperature difference and the cold and hot shock exceeding the normal tolerance value of the equipment to withstand temperature change, thus causing damage to the glass lined surface. For the heating operation of the equipment, the water in the jacket should be drained out before steam heating. For the cooling operation of the equipment, when opening the cooling water inlet valve, it is not allowed to fully open at one time. It should be opened in advance until the jacket pressure is about 0.1MPa. It should be kept at about 3 ° C / min, and the maximum should not exceed 5 ° C / min. .

 

3. During operation, care should be taken to avoid contact between the shell of glass lined reactor and corrosive liquid such as acid and alkali. Once there is material contact, it should be cleaned with cloth in time.

 

4. During maintenance inspection or inspection of glass lined reactor, when opening manhole device, the glass lined surface of manhole cover shall be placed face down on the support made of soft cork. The glass lined surface shall not be directly placed on the hard ground or steel platform, or the glass lined surface shall be placed upward. The removed clips shall be placed in order nearby, which shall not hinder operation or walking.

 

5. During operation, always observe whether the thermowell is in contact with materials. Due to the large thermal resistance of glass lined pipe, the temperature display in the tank generally lags behind the actual temperature to a certain extent. The influence of thermal inertia and display lag factor should be considered in heating and cooling operation.

 

5. When the minimum temperature of the reaction workshop is less than or equal to 0 ° C, the water stored in the jacket of the glass lined reaction kettle shall be drained after use to avoid damage to the equipment due to freezing.

 

6. After the reaction of materials is completed, if the bottom of glass lined reaction kettle is blocked during discharging, do not strike with metal tools, but gently poke it with bamboo rod, plastic rod or wooden stick. If glass lining debris is found during discharging, the tank shall be opened for inspection immediately and reused after repair.

 

7. Although the glass lined reactor equipment manufactured by HuaTeng North enamel Co., Ltd, Acid and alkali resistance are in the leading level in China, but the glass lined reactor can not be used in all working conditions due to its material problems. Glass lined reactor is mainly not suitable for the reaction, polymerization, storage, heat exchange and other chemical processes of the following media or materials: hydrofluoric acid with any concentration and temperature and medium or material containing fluorine ion; the concentration is greater than 30% Phosphoric acid medium or material with temperature higher than 180 ° C; alkaline medium or material with pH value greater than 12 and temperature higher than 80 ° C; reaction process of alternating acid-base materials.
